Noosaville is a suburb in Noosa, Queensland, Australia. It includes Lake Weyba. "Weyba" is believed to mean "place of stingrays" or "place of flying squirrels". Noosaville also contains a development with canals called Noosa Waters. Meet at Elanda Point National Park Canoe Launch at 8:30am to begin your self-guided adventure. On arrival, there is a small amount of paperwork  that will need to be filled out. Once completed and after being fitted comfortably in your kayak, you will be shown a map and taught all of the basic skills needed for an enjoyable paddle across Lake Cootharaba to Kinaba. From here you are free to explore where ever you want within the Noosa Everglades. Discover the lesser-paddled waters of Kin Kin Creek or enjoy the company of the mighty Noosa River. Weave in and out of the small islands which dot the northern reaches of Fig Tree Lake or test your paddling stamina by heading up to the iconic Harry’s Hut for a swim in the tea colored waters. You may even use you kayak to reach a wilder bush walking track within the Cooloola recreation area. Your possibilities are endless on this remarkable adventure. Return to the starting point at Elanda Point National Park, meet your instructor, and conclude your self-guided tour at 3pm.
